"The Art Ministry is opening doors especially for Black artists to penetrate the global market. London is a cosmopolitan city and The Art Ministry is I feel like the Commonwealth Institute and The Museum of Mankind now. There is nothing out there representing the Black artists so I feel that The Art Ministry is pivotal in that it promotes older established artists alongside young and upcoming ones. I believe that in due course TAM along with assistance from bodies like the Arts Council should hold major exhibitions for artists. I also feel that it will eventually be a national organisation and be representing artists from all over the country. For me The Art Ministry is a God send and as an individual, a few of us who have been in the field for so long, I am grateful that TAM are supporting me as well as younger talent."

"During the period of time I have dealt with the Art Ministry I have found that they have been 110%supportive, the whole ethos of the company is artist friendly. It is a refreshing change to deal with an organisation that has the development and growth of the artist as their prime concern."

"The idea of working with The Art Ministry is for me an exciting prospect.
I have for the past six year 1998-2004 worked in the US where my life and art didn’t stand still – it was a heady feeling.
Since my return to the UK, I have in a way started again and realise just how difficult it is to create and circulate as well as research.
The thought of obtaining a website under a major arts heading sounds great as thought the headache will be taken out of the commercial side of things, also expertise and advice covering a broad spectrum will be available – this invaluable help I’ve already experienced.
I can feel my enthusiasm and focus returning and feel optimistic for my future and have no doubt that other artists will feel the same.
I have at least a couple of new series of paintings planned. As well as organising Arts trips to Egypt. I am writing a treatment for a series of TV programmes and have produced a children’s book to publish along with a screenplay waiting to do a final draft."

"When I joined The Art Ministry, It didn’t feel like I was joining a commercial site. Often it is difficult to sort out all the requirements when you join something like this, there are so many things you need to tick on a form – but you talked to me first – joining you was a beautiful experience really (until my paintings were considered not to be of a certain value then I felt insulted but I have forgotten that) but I think it is because you are artists that you understood what another artist needs – you looked at and appreciated the work first – even some work I didn’t think was for selling – you really appreciated the art of it. It was really a very beautiful experience for me."

"I feel that The Art Ministry will bring my work into the limelight. Having TAM create this space for helpless artists is a good thing. Now that TAM are in the picture, I can really place emphasis on quality, by them supervising and commenting, in other words there will be quality control of my work. Also I am not very good at pricing, TAM has helped by looking at my work and placing a value on it, in the past I haven’t put value on my work, now TAM can help with quantifying me and my work."
