Delivery/Return
Delivery
All pieces are insured in transit to and from your home or office, so in the unlikely event your purchase gets damaged, return it to us for a replacement, or in the case of Original works, for repair if possible.
Domestic deliveries reach their destinations within 4 to 8 days of the order being placed. International deliveries take between 6 – 10 days.
Delivery is charged according to the delivery location, weight and dimensions, and the value of your purchase. We use several carriers Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DHL. You can check the Estimate Delivery charge before going to the checkout, by clicking on your shopping cart, where you’ll find a link: Shipping Estimate.
Depending on the product ordered, domestic deliveries reach their destination within 4 days (Express) and 8 days (Standard). International deliveries reach their destination within 6 days (Express) and 10 days (Standard).
Restrictions:
Certain items cannot be sent with all the available carriers for insurance reasons. If the item you’ve ordered fits into this group, your delivery option may be restricted. If you choose an inappropriate carrier a warning will come up on your screen “This item cannot be sent with this carrier for insurance reasons, choose another carrier.” If there is no restriction, no such warning will appear.
Returns
As an Art Ministry customer you have approximately 14 days to reach your buying decision. From the point of purchase you have 21 days to return the product to us.
So for example, if you decide to return the product it must be posted back to us, in its original packaging, by the latest 14 days after purchase. Therefore, if you bought it on the 3rd, regardless of when you receive it, you must return post it by the latest 5pm on the 17th.
Refunds will be made to your card within 3 days of your return being received.
Frames are made to order and therefore cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.

Framing is optional. For prints we have a choice of Frames in Standard Sizes available to buy online.
For original artworks we provide Custom Framing in collaboration with leading framer John Jones, framers to the National Portrait Gallery, the V& A, Sotheby’s and Christie’s. Once you have chosen a piece, you can purchase or reserve it online or by phone. We can then discuss framing options with you and provide an estimate before you complete your purchase.
