How do I purchase a gift certificate?

Purchasing a gift certificate is easy:

1. Click on Gift Certificates in the Category menu.  You will be taken to a form for you to complete.  The gift certificate will include the senders name, the recipients name and a message. If you do not wish to have your personal information printed on your gift certificate you can leave these fields blank, however you must provide the recipient’s e-mail or postal address, depending on how you want to send it.  Once the form is complete, click Add.
2. This will take you to the product page where you can see a sample of a certificate.  Click Add and your gift certificate will be sent to your shopping cart.
3. Proceed to checkout as normal. Once payment has been confirmed your gift certificate will be posted with 24 hours or emailed directly to the recipient.

How quickly will you send an email gift certificate?

My friend has not received their gift certificate email?

If the recipient is having problems receiving the email this is usually due to the email being blocked or treated as junk. To avoid this please ask them to check their junk email folder, if it is not there then it has been blocked. Let us know and we will send the email again, to ensure it arrives safely please ask them to add our email address (sales@artministry.co.uk) to their safe list.
 
If this is still not successful, we can also send the recipient a text notification, simply supply us the mobile number and we will do the rest.

How quickly will you post my gift certificate?

How to redeem a gift certificate?

Go to www.artministry.co.uk and shop as normal, when ready to purchase go to your shopping cart and enter your gift certificate number in the discount code box  and press update to calculate your new total.

Do I have to use my gift certificate in one go?

Each gift certificate is valid for one year and retains the un-used balance for that time.  For example, if a customer has a gift certificate valued at £100 and only spends £30, they can return later and use the remaining £70

How do I redeem my discount voucher?

When you have added your items go the cart by clicking on the link in the top right corner. In the  box indicated enter your discount code and click update to apply the discount. Then you can finish shopping as normal.

What can I use my discount for?

The exact terms will have been specified when you received your discount code, if in doubt please do contact us.

How is the discount calculated?

Order discounts are calculated based upon the total value of your order, BEFORE taxes and shipping and AFTER product discounts have been applied (if any).

How often can I use my discount?

Discount codes can only be used once per customer.

Can I pass along my discount code to my friend/colleague?

Yes email us your friend name and email address and we will transfer the code to your friend/colleague.
